SOFTAIL HEADER

The Zard decat, specifically designed for the Harley-Davidson Cruiser range, is developed to improve performance and power delivery on Low Rider ST, Low Rider S, Street Bob, and Heritage Classic models.

Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, this component is designed to work with the original heat shields, ensuring easy installation and full compatibility with the stock configuration.

Thanks to the Zard decat, operating temperatures are significantly reduced, improving both riding comfort and overall engine efficiency. Performance increases progressively depending on the chosen configuration: +1.2 HP when paired with the OEM slip-on, +7.4 HP with the Zard homologated slip-on, and up to +11 HP with the Zard racing slip-on. In addition, compared to the stock headers, it provides a weight saving of -1.1 kg (-2.4 lbs).

Not compatible with Breakout and Fat Boy models.

After installing the Zard decat, the motorcycle’s electronics in E5 Plus configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly due to emission regulations, resulting in the activation of the catalyst warning light (informational).

To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.

The decat, even when combined with Zard approved or OEM slip-on, makes the exhaust system non-compliant for road use.
