The Zard “GT” exhaust for the Harley Davidson® Sportster S 1250 has been designed to give a new identity to the design of this modern power cruiser.

Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this 2-into-1 slip-on kit features aerodynamic oval-shaped silencers with diagonally cut carbon fiber end caps, along with an elegant Cerakote® matte black finish and a laser-etched Zard logo.

The Harley Davidson Sportster S 1250 Zard exhaust is available in both racing and Euro 5 approved versions, each equipped with a dedicated dB-killer.

The Zard silencer kit for the Harley Davidson Sportster S is lightweight (-4.1 kg / -9 lbs for the racing version and -3.9 kg / -8.6 lbs for the Euro 5 approved version compared to the stock silencers) and helps to increase engine performance (+3.4 HP for the racing version and +1.7 HP for the approved version compared to the OEM exhaust), giving the motorcycle the unmistakable Zard sound.

To complete this Sportster S exhaust system, Zard has designed and produced an exclusive two-piece carbon fiber heat shield that replaces the entire plastic assembly of the original model and integrates perfectly with the bike’s design, the result of extensive stylistic and aerodynamic research.
